I’m Stephanie Lim, a hybrid product designer with 9+ years of Design Leadership and Human-Centered Design experience, creating impactful products from physical equipment to intuitive user experiences. I’ve worked on everything from washing and coffee equipment to space design, taking them from concept to physical creation. I thrive in the 0 to 1 space, and my superpower is delivering focus, clarity, and action on vague problems. I’m passionate about creating intuitive designs that make people’s lives easier and more enjoyable.
As a Chinese American, I value inclusivity and approach design with an open mind and a focus on creating for everyone. Outside of work, I stay active as an athlete (ultimate frisbee and snowboarding), love exploring the PNW, and love baking (and eating!) delicious treats. For me, great design is all about making everyday experiences better.
